This review comes from a visit on 10/8/22 3pm. The guy working the drive thru window(can?t remember his name unfortunately) was... so lovely! Coffees were made perfectly and quickly. We?ve had some bad experiences here previously with long waits and certainfoods/drinks not available but today was a pleasant surprise! Read more

The customer service here is terrible. I promise I will NEVER go 2 this location again. And I recommend anyone on a 15 minute... break, not go here. They took 20 minutes for 2 walk in orders (dozen donuts) and a combo meal. There's no sense of urgency orswift customer service. The manager and employees jus move as if no one has anywhere 2 be. I'm anxious 2 see how many othershave had this issue at this location!???? Read more

Similar to others, I had a below-average experience at this Tim Horton?s location. I stop here frequently on my way to work and... the coffee is never great, and I?ve often had orders prepared incorrectly or received the wrong drink, but it hasn?t bothered meenough to write a negative review because mistakes happen and the staff have always been friendly enough. However, yesterday anemployee in the drive thru barked (yes, barked) super loudly at an employee as she was handing me my money back and startled me,then proceeded to make uncomfortable comments that needless to say, made me wish I was not at the drive thru window. Some degreeof professionalism (especially if the coffee is going be prepared incorrectly frequently), would be helpful. Read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up on the drive thru. I showed him my order number and it... wasn?t even ready, so they had to prepare it and waited 15 minutes.I ordered Large Irish cream coffe and he gave me vanillaiced coffee after all this. I was watching them how they?re preparing the order, no gloves, talking on the phone while preparingthe order and mixing the orders, crazy experience???. I had the worst experience this morning. I stop to get a Vanilla Iced coffee with light cream and an avocado toast. I asked to... pay for extra avocado which I was told wasn?t possible (when a coworker stopped at the same tim hortons this morning and alsopurchased an avocado toast with extra avocado) so I receive a Carmel iced coffee with what appears to be the regular amount ofcream and no ice in my iced coffee. Not to mention toast with literally almost no avocado on it. I called the store multipletimes and never received an answer. Such poor service. Read more
