I tried to order a mixed freeze (Taco Bell calls it a Tie Dye freeze on their corporate website which details how to order one)... and was told they couldn't and had no idea as to why not. Plus they put the wrong sauce on my chicken quesadillas which werenever cut at all so were full sized. Drive to the next closest taco bell my friends, it's worth the drive. Read more
There was an employee on her phone walking around the dining room with it on speakerphone and we were able to hear most of the... conversation. She used profanity and the "N" word. She discussed sensitive topics like smoking while pregnant. A differentemployee was laying her head down on the table while waiting (maybe for a ride or her shift to start). I understand times are tough, good workers are hard to come-by but if you're gonna charge me extra for a steak chalupa, at least... give me steak. Around 10:30 pm I order at the speaker and proceed to the window. I then wanted to add on something to my order and they told me... that I could not do so. I have worked in fast food before and I know how everything works. Hmm never heard of that onebefore(especially since I work in a Taco Bell at a different location) let?s not bring up the fact that this ?manager? came tothe window and still proceeded to tell me I can?t get anything else added to my order.
