I order them for delivery at least twice a month but I was out and was going to pass by on my way home so I placed an order. I... had my newborn in the car and was alone so I did not want to drag her and her heavy carseat inside just to grab a bag so I chosecurbside. When I got there I tried calling many times over 10 minute time frame but it was always busy so I had to do what Iwanted to avoid and woke my sleeping baby and carried the combined 35lbs into the store. I mentioned the phone being busy andwas told "Yeah ... we've been overwhelmed". In other words, they took the phone off the hook, knowing they had curbside orders,to avoid having to take them outside. Their food is great but not worth this kind of hassle. Read more
First time trying this place and it didn't disappoint. Got the Bourbon cheese steak and French onion cheese steak and it was so... good. The loaded fries is also excellent. We didn't like the chicken nuggets on the kids menu so much. Read more

I probably eat at this steak escape more than anybody, and I always get the same thing, a crispy Buffalo chicken with well done... fries. This is the best managed and staffed steak escape in the city of Columbus with high employee retention and it shows inthe quality of the service. The food is well worth the wait and price ????????
