My husband had the brocolli soup bread bowl and I had one of their specialty salads. Our meals were fine and the counter staff... were friendly and helpful. I order from this location every Sunday. This is the first time I have been disappointed. More egg would have been nice.
I would give 10 stars because of the nice owner I ordered online order when i went to pick my order it wasn?t there someone... stole it from the shelf someone people do that !!! I ordered at 11:30 and got there at 12 so i asked them about my order theowner was sorry and told me they have this problem stealing from the shelf and my order was on the shelf My order was 8 sesamebagels and they were out gave me last sesame so the owner offered me to make me some fresh sesame bagel instead of the stolenorder I waited 20 minutes until she made them for me That was so nice of her She really cares about her job and respectcustomers I would recommend this location and go there again and again even if its 30 minutes drive ?????????????????????????? Food is never available, the place is always cold in winter. They lie about being ?out of? an item if they don?t want to make... it. Probably one of the worst Panera?s out there. Would not recommend. Have visited this location at least 20 times. Similarexperience on every one. Read more

Won't be ordering from this location again. The Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice soup was terrible - it was a brothy consistency... instead of creamy and had maybe 7 pieces of rice in the whole bowl. This is also the second time they didn't add the cookie Ipurchased to my PickUp order. Luckily, this time I checked my bag before leaving and noticed it wasn't in there, so I asked thegirl at the counter for one and she told me they were out. If I hadn't check, they were just going to let me walk out with myorder without refunding me. Very disappointing. Read more
This place is actually 1 star for food. It?s also not clean. I ordered egg avacado sandwich on sprouted bagel flat. there was... something wrong with bagel. It was stale or old I don?t know but tasted bad and also dry & crumbly. I never had this problem atsawmill Panera. May be I will stick to my usual place. Read more
