Looks nice inside and clean, but the food is put together messy. Or light on toppings. The drive-thru is more like a drive-in.
This McDonald has poor customer service. The lady working the drive thru shut the window in our faces more then once after... forgetting multiple items. Called to let them know they forgot a whole meal and was told they never had a problem with theiremployee before and our experience isn't what happened by a shift leader. drive thru service is very poor had to repeat my order 3 times (2 double cheese burgers and a large coke). dont engage with the... customer asking what they want to order then clearly start talking with someone else repeating back wrong what i asked for thenasking me to say order again. plenty of workers inside location, you can see everyone thru drive thru windows, the wholeprocess is extremely slow and aggravating. do better at this location mcdonalds Read more
I never write reviews but today I had to. I spent almost $4 for a medium size cup of hot chocolate and it taste and looked like... straight milk ????! Like No chocolate was added to it! The McGriddle tasted stale like the bread wasn?t warmed up and cookedproperly. Everything was disgusting and a waste of money. This might be the first time I've actually been disappointed in McDonald's. We ordered a Bacon Big Mac meal, Happy Meal, and two... apple pies. For my Big Mac, I'll tell you the bacon on the sandwich did not enhance the experience. I'd rather have a normal BigMac. The bread kept breaking apart on me as well. It was literally deteriorating in my hands. The fries were fresh and tastedfine. The employee who brought out our food even warned us that they were hot. Their Sprite Mix Tropic Berry drink was by farthe best thing I had. Our apple pies were...off. My wife even said she thought there was something different (or wrong) withthem. My wife got a fat free and sugar free cappuccino and she said it was really good. All in all, not awful but not good goodeither.
