One poor guy was working the entire place on a Saturday night. Food was not fresh and had to throw chicken out. Locked the... dining room doors at 430pm and told everyone who entered on the side door that they couldn't eat in. Someone needs to help thisplace out cause it's seriously gone down hill. Read more
Bathroom was disgusting, multiple customers came in and left because whoever was ?working? the register was more concerned with... having a conversation in the back to come take an order. Our order was missing items, when we asked for honey it was clearly ahassle and he threw them over the counter rather than handing it to us. Very poor experience won?t be back. Read more
A few years ago they were under great management. On a couple occasions they would even include extra food if it seemed like... the wait had been too long. I appreciate things like that, and was a loyal customer because of it. It's pretty bad now. Abouta year ago I walked in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of allowing me to choose a side, they rudely refused, and said ithad to be cole slaw. Nothing against cole slaw, but I'm not a fan of it, and it seems like a polarizing side dish to mandate -compared to potato wedges, mac and cheese, etc., After a couple more instances of them either giving me the wrong side, or thewrong sauce, I've stopped going altogether. Upon arrival the first two things you will notice is the lack of parking lot maintenance and customers. This should be your cue... to leave. Where to start? Out of the last 50 orders I received the cookie included with my meal 2 times, and utensils to eat myfood maybe 20 times. I go for lunch and do not keep forks and spoons with me. It's fun to eat a famous bowl with the lid! Alsothe guy who works the drive thru weekdays lunch time clearly doesn't like his job, but really doesn't need to make it soobvious. Read more
The girl that took my order was really nice. Whoever bagged my food didn't put napkins in the bag though. Considering they gave... me the messiest most disgustingly sloppy sandwich I've ever received in my life it was unfortunate. It was like they dipped mysandwich in a sauce barrel. Newly renovated but the staff isn't always attentive with accurate orders. Expect to always wait as they repeatedly run out of... chicken and offer you other options in place of what you want. Orders can be inaccurate so make sure you check them before youleave the store! Read more
Tried to eat here. Pulled into the drive-thru, I was the only car in the drive thru .Three cars in the parking lot. Someone came... on the intercom and said it would be "a while" before they could take my order. When I inquired as to what was a while they toldme at least 10 minutes. Lunch time. What the heck???
