One poor guy was working the entire place on a Saturday night. Food was not fresh and had to throw chicken out. Locked the... dining room doors at 430pm and told everyone who entered on the side door that they couldn't eat in. Someone needs to help thisplace out cause it's seriously gone down hill. Read more
Bathroom was disgusting, multiple customers came in and left because whoever was ?working? the register was more concerned with... having a conversation in the back to come take an order. Our order was missing items, when we asked for honey it was clearly ahassle and he threw them over the counter rather than handing it to us. Very poor experience won?t be back. Read more
A few years ago they were under great management. On a couple occasions they would even include extra food if it seemed like... the wait had been too long. I appreciate things like that, and was a loyal customer because of it. It's pretty bad now. Abouta year ago I walked in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of allowing me to choose a side, they rudely refused, and said ithad to be cole slaw. Nothing against cole slaw, but I'm not a fan of it, and it seems like a polarizing side dish to mandate -compared to potato wedges, mac and cheese, etc., After a couple more instances of them either giving me the wrong side, or thewrong sauce, I've stopped going altogether.
