Was here several months ago and had good food & service. Decided to stop again while in the area. Wife's order - 2 piece breast... & wing - was wrong. No wing. Guy at the counter made a comment to the fact he didn't know what we ordered - with the receipt inhis hand. Individual servings of mashed potatoes & gravy was obviously prepared hours before - the potatoes had taken on thebrown color of the gravy. Not at all appetizing. Don't know what happened between our visits for it to go that far off track.With all the options in the area I won't bother going back to find out. Read more
It would help if the 3 piece meal actually had three pieces and not just a leg and a thigh. Napkins in the order at the drive... up would be nice. Also, I would like a receipt, or at least asked if I want one. How do you complain when you have no evidenceof what you bought? i came through the drive through around 1:40 nobody was in line it looked like the store was closed tbh. the lady rushed me to... take my order. we had 2 big box meals a famous bowl meal and a fry i ordered an additional famous bowl but the lady didn?t ringit in. she told me my total before i was even done with my order. i work for fast food myself and never would i treat a customerlike this. the chicken was hard and corn was disgusting. never coming back here ???????? Useless. Ordered ahead, called to confirm they had the product only to get there to be told it was never cooked as previously... told. The food was going to cancer patients that won?t eat anything else. Read more
