Went inside to dine. No one else in the restaurant. Stood at the cash register to order for several minutes, then was told by... a very rude staff member that they were busy and she would get our order as soon as she could. After several additionalminutes, the phone started to ring and the employee who could NOT take our order ?hustled? to answer the phone and proceeded totake someone?s order on the phone! Meanwhile 2 staff members were walking around the kitchen area doing nothing. We leftwithout ordering. Like many other dinning establishments, it seems the focus of customer service has shifted from the in-persondiner to the carryout/drive thru due to COVID closures. If that?s the approach restaurant?s want to take, I get it. Then lockyour dining room doors and put a sign in the window saying ?DINING ROOM CLOSED?. Read more

Time to air their dirty laundry out for the open. Let?s talk about their sinks and ice makers that have repeatedly had black... mold in them! how do you continuously have that same problem and still not care enough to keep it fixed? their management isabsolutely horrible. the employees are always making fun of people and vaping in the back. 1 out of every 6 orders likely hassomething wrong with it. most people use a paper to make the food because barely anyone bothers to learn it. the GM Alexis is ona constant power trip. as a former employee i tried to call off bc i was in contact with people who tested positive for covidand was told ?can you work tonight and then you can have tomorrow off to get tested? then was treated poorly because i stilldidn?t come in. Their Assistant Manager was fired in retaliation to reporting to the health department that he was forced towork while throwing up and wasn?t allowed to leave. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Not only was my order completely wrong (with no one in line at all but me) but the same staff member photographed in another... review gave me a very questionable experience, too, although I don?t really support photographing people without theirknowledge. I was there way before closing, at least 45 minutes, but her voice on the drive thru speaker honestly soundedincredulous when I pulled up. I thought I was reading into it until at the window, I could hear through the closed glass thatshe was apparently complaining to another employee about people coming through their drive thru instead of to anotherrestaurant, and she even continued to complain vaguely about it in front of me when she unlocked and opened the window (the infront of me comments became vague enough that it?s clear she thought I couldn?t hear her specific complaints through the windowwhen it was closed). When she finally actually spoke to me she wasn?t rude but the overall context of what was going on and howshe apparently really felt was unbelievable. I hope I?m wrong about all that but I just don?t know what else they could havebeen talking about. I?ve never had this happen at a jimmy johns anywhere in any state or city and just wanted some healthyishfood after a long night. I 100 percent regret giving my money to this location. Read more

Worst experience ever. I had an experience with a manager who was on a power trip. She was completely rude, Unforgiving,... unbearable, and just down right bitter. I have never been treated more rudely in my life. She refused to give me her namestating "she didn't have too" I drove out of my way to go here for lunch and left empty handed. Read more

Absolutely the slowest "fast food restaurants" I've ever been to. I mean "freaky fast" is the slogan, right? I just spent 10... minutes in the drive thru without it moving a single car. So I go in to order because maybe the drive thru is broken. Nobody inline, just me. 10 more minutes go by before any of the 6 or 7 employees take my order. At this point am getting very frustratedas I see the cars start moving through the drive thru. Guess how long it took to make 1 sandwich? 10 minutes. The average lunchbreak is 30 minutes. So if that's all you get I wouldn't go here. It's unfortunate the food is great. But I've never had a"freaky fast" experience here ever. Read more

Not one employee there it seems, including the GM Alexis, can make an edible sandwich, or refund a credit card when promised.... I've been here so many times and they pretty much always get it oh so very wrong. I guess I'm the fool for thinking it'll be"different next time..." Heads up, it won't be. It never is. Hungry folks, steer clear. Read more

Horrible service and horrible quality. I grabbed a sandwich then got home and found a hair on the sandwich, also it was the... wrong order. I tried to reach out to the owner and they just ignored me. Read more
