I walked in having a very minor inconvenience through online ordering. However, Theresa and Todd were incredible. This location is great if you go in to pick up your sandwich. Everything is made quick and to order. I tried for the third time... this afternoon to get my order delivered via UberEats and for the third time it is incorrect. Right on my receipt that is tapedonto the bag it says: no tomato, no oil, no vinegar, add mayo, add pickles, add banana peppers. Nothing I requested was added tomy sub and everything I didn?t want was. I purposely don?t get those items as while you wait for delivery the sandwich can getvery soggy and fall apart. My sandwich is incorrect and an inedible mess that is falling apart. Don?t waste your money by havingit delivered or ready for pick up as whatever you get is a completely roll of the dice - go in and watch them make it so youknow it?s right and you?ll have a great meal. Off-putting. Ordered online. Doors were locked, handwritten sign on the doors read "online orders only". We were... puzzled. Eventually someone came to the door, and asked our name. They got our bag, and started to hand us our drink cups.Before touching the cups in any way I pointed out that they were the wrong size. The employee rolled eyes, and tossed the cupswe had never touched in the trash (why?). Another employee handed us the right size cups. The whole thing was in a creepysilence where it seemed like everyone wanted to avoid talking to us. Overall, we felt very unwelcome, and probably won't beback, which is a shame.
