Dave & Buster service sucks to be honest. Recently went during mid lunch on a Wednesday. There was only two people sitting at... the bar and place wasn't busy at all in the dining/bar area. The bartender girl was bad. Took forever to be offered drinks,order and get food. When the food did come out it was nasty and totally not worth price. Ordered a premium cheeseburger and itwas completely charred black/dry. Witnessed 2 other customers sit at the bar and left because the bartender never came around tothem. As far as games go, they can be decent fun but there was 5 machines completely broken down. I wouldn't recommend theHillard/dublin location because it's bad. This would be the 2 time in a row this kind of service has been provided at thislocation. Read more
I was there with just a few others to celebrate my son's 10 birthday. Our server, Taylor, was amazing. I hadn't been to Dave and... Buster's in over 20 years but she was incredibly helpful in explaining the game cards and the packages available. So disappointing because this place is not cheap for food or games. When you come I. The people at the cou ter are on Their... phones. They'll help you but not initiated. When we sat down to eat. We were all given our foods at different times so didn'teat as a family. Irritated because waited 45-1 hour for our food just for it to be warm. Waitress wasn't really attentive. Wehad to call here every time we needed something not like she's coming to the table to see if we need anything.
