I ordered way down the street? My food on the app? To come to find out that they don?t even start making your food so you get... there but it?s not only that they don?t start making it is that they didn?t even have grilled nuggets prepared already. I love chick fill a, but I've also noticed a decline in food quality when it comes to their sandwiches over the last couple... years. Today was the worst. Ordered without tomato and on my 3rd bite I bit into a nice juicy tomato ????. Secondly the chickenwas almost non existent. I took 2 huge bites of my sandwich before even getting to the chicken. After opening the bun to removethe tomato I didn't want, I saw that the piece of chicken was so small and thin, it was in all honesty thinner than a chickennugget from McDonald's. It was pathetic. I almost went up to buy another because it wasn't filling at all since the sandwich was90% bun and tomato. Decided not to waste my money, went home and heated up some pizza rolls instead. Read more
I got 2 breakfast chicken sandwiches that were cold and the only thing that tasted fresh from the only 2 items on was the... biscuit but that only after getting there at 0603 and finally getting my food at 0620 with only 8 cars in front of me, which ata normal restaurant would be fine but at chikfila that boasts the fastest drive-thru times and it was fully staffed wasrediculous. This location is awful. Pull up to order and ask about Sunrise Surprise which on their facebook page says today. They won't... tell me so I order a coffee. I paid for my coffee and got a coffee So the surprise is you get What you order. What kind offree treat is this? I should have asked at the window but she gave me my coffee and walked away...I was confused and slowlypulled away. Why do you advertise then do nothing? They used to be great at customer service. Order Curbside pickup. We did not receive the sauce that we ordered, the granola for the parfait, or any napkins. Details... matter, and unfortunately it made our experience a negative one. Usually a great experience, but this location has been hit ormiss for us in recent years. They also forgot our fries on a separate experience a few years ago. Read more
