Arby's remains one of my favorite fast food places because it's different from the burger box places. This Arby's has always... been great. The employees are courteous and make sure things are right. I haven't had any instances of getting a wrong-order. Most of all, I appreciate they are clear and repeat back orders to verify they heard correctly. I'm sure that's why they getmy order right! I ordered nuggets and a classic roast beef and when I got my food the nuggets were really old and my roast beef was green in... places. The sandwich tasted awful and I had to spit it out immediately. Read more

Their new wagyu burger was extremely undercooked. Was informed it will be a little pink, but this was medium rare at best.... Attempted to get a refund over the phone, but was told I had to drive to their location to get a refund and must have thereceipt. Read more
