Good food, fast service, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my spoons for Frosty's and drinks were forgotten.

Wendy's in Waycross, Georgia never ceases to amaze me as they deliver that truly wonderful experience one wishes for when they... go to a fast food restaurant for whatever meal it may be. The team members here know how to treat their customers right, and itshows. If I've ever had a bad experience, these folks go out of their way to make things right, and that's how it should be. It took years before my hubby had his first Frosty! No kidding. He had the first one earlier this year when we couldn't find an... ice cream parlor. It's quickly become a favorite. Came through drive thru to get the biggie bag and asked for fresh fries and while the fries were hot, they were not fresh. They... clearly had been re-dropped because they were limp, very greasy and not crispy. My sandwich bun was saturated with ketchup andthere was no mustard on it (the only thing I didn?t want was pickles). I wouldn?t generally do something like this but thisisn?t the first time that something?s been wrong with my order . If I order a meal and ask for fresh food that?s what I expectsince I am paying for it and I don?t expect extra ketchup if I don?t ask for it. Read more
You could tell that this is an older store. It could use a little TLC on the maintenance side. Carpet needs replaced. No amount... of carpet cleaning would make it look better. The brown wallboard was peeling. Molding coming off and missing. People werefriendly. Mr Dave THOMAS would not be too happy with the maintenance condition of this store. Read more
We've been to this location on a few occasions when we have found ourselves in the area. Today, 9/2020, we visited and we're... disappointed. We decided to go in, and were surprised by slow counter service and poor safety precautions. Some employeeswere not wearing masks while others had masks that were not covering their noses and/or mouths. In addition, service was slowand seemingly disorganized. Read more
