The manager was not helpful. They lost my online order and I provided proof of purchase, including the order number. It had the... correct address. I had to wait longer for the food, she said she placed my food at the front but it still took 20+ minutes. Iwatched other people get their food before me. Last night 06/23/2022 @10 pm, my sister and I had called to place our order. We were on hold for 15 minutes with what seemed... like a refusal to answer the phone. We decided to drive in person. Upon entering restaurant we were met with eye rolls by ayoung Hispanic female who was clearly closing down sauces . We informed that no one was answering the phone . She told us that?sbecause they close soon. The closing hour was 11 but she was clearly admitting to refusing to take in orders an hour beforeclose. She informed us we could only get boneless. At this point I was uncomfortable with her preparing our food and asked mysister what she wanted to do. My sister then asked this girl for the GM?s info. The girl claimed she was the GM very matter offactly. My sister asked her , her name since she wasn?t wearing a name tag which also felt intentional and unprofessional. Sheindentured as Michelle. We told her thank you and proceeded to leave when she very tauntingly and sarcastic you told us have anice night laughing. I have never felt so disrespected by someone who absolutely refused to do their job. We weren?t asking firmuch other than what is supposed to be offered by an establishment. FOOD!! This girl was clearly extremely lazy and if she was amanager clearly should not be in any management position. I?ve worked in the restaurant business my whole life and every managerI know is looking to take care of guests and definitely doesn?t shut down a restaurant an hour before they technically close.Extremely unprofessional. We eat there all the time as they are our favorite. Due to discomfort we won?t be back or putting ourmoney in an establishment with such poor behavior by employees as this is not the first attitude we have received by femaleemployees in the highlands ranch wing stop location. Took over 20 minutes to get my order, employees were not helpful and seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had to interact... with customers, and my order was wrong when I got it. I understand that when you first open the store there's a lot that needto be done, however when I asked why it took 20 minutes the employee gave me a very lazy "that's just our wait time", when Ihave NEVER waited that long before at any other Wing Stop when ordering MORE than I did today. I tried the orange Szechuan chicken thigh bites and they were delicious! I'm not sure the bites were actually chicken thighs... though... they felt like regular boneless wings. We ordered lemon pepper thighs which were maybe a tad over seasoned so theywere super salty. Read more
I have visited 3 times Wingstop now. I like the way their food tastes. Notice I said "like" and not "love". Their food is good... but not fantastic. I like their sauce flavors. Prices are average. Let me tell you the good and the bad. Good: Good range ofsauces from spicy to mild heat level. Food tastes good and always fresh. Dine in area is very clean. Prices are at par withsimilar chains. They offer thighs with their sauces which I like sometimes over the wings. Bad: This particular store takes lotof time to prepare your food. Not sure about the other locations though. Around 40-45 mins to get your food. They add a lot ofoil in the wings and things. Be careful to eat here regularly. Read more

Wrong order was delivered. Took another hour to receive the correct order. Food was cold, 1 dip was missing upon delivery. This... ruined my family?s last night in town from the Thanksgiving holiday. This is not the first time this location has messed up ourorder. It has been a few years since we ordered from this location and we had hoped their service had improved. Unfortunately ithas not.
