Store was open and unlocked lights on in the lobby with 6 workers all behind the counter on the line. Guy at the register said... "I'll be with you in a second" then a few minutes later another guy walked buy and said. "Our lobynis closed" when my companionsarrived five minutes later. I told him the door was unlocked he just went "well it's closed" super rude super disrespectful justabsolutely the worse customer experience which is saying something cause I work at a Starbucks. But if your lobynis closed lockyour door and be nicer when people walk in instead of an a nosshole. Read more

Every time I get breakfast the food is great. The young lady (I'm assuming the manager?) that takes the order/runs drive-thru is... always very friendly. Read more

If I could give this place (especially their manager today 9/30/2022) zero stars, I would. My kids and I experienced the Worst... service and Worst burgers on the planet. I advise to go somewhere else. When I called and explained what happened, the managerhung up on me. No class. Read more

I?m reviewing the excellent servers and cooks here. This is the most understaffed restaurant I?ve seen, but the two brave,... sweet, kind souls manning the grill and register today all alone made the best French fries and burgers I?ve ever had at aWendy?s. They were on the shift at 4:15pm and for how long the line was and how much our orders contained they were doing anexcellent job steadily serving customers and bringing out high quality meals. They both deserve huge pay raises because lesserfolks, such as myself, who work as a Respiratory Therapist and Medical Biller, would quit in a heartbeat. Read more

The manager is worthless, there at the store 15 minutes before breakfast is over 10:15am, tried loading my order on app as per... promo for 2 for 3 deal. App will not show breakfast items, myself and another gentleman were having the same issue, brought itto employees attention and all they could do is say sorry, they would not honor the deal. By this time it was 10:30 and then Iwas told we could not order breakfast at all. I have a large order I was to get and the store manager would not do anything. BadBusiness!! Read more

The service was very slow. They were out of chocolate frosty, ordered small vanilla frosty instead, and they did not even fill... the cup all of the way. The fries were not crispy and tasted old. They forgot our sauce for the chicken nuggets. They told memy gift card didn't work, and I checked the balance on it and it was fine. After we left, my daughters told me; yo quiero TacoBell. Read more
