Newer, if smaller, Wendy's, but one of the best. The management and staff here have a lot more on the ball than the Wendy's at... S. University and S. Colorado. This Wendy's has fast service, is always clean, and can keep the dining room open. Read more

My experience with this location is consistently bad. Service takes forever - even with no one else in line; food is cold;... order is almost always wrong; and about 95% of the employees couldn?t care any less about their job or providing decent customerservice. I went to this location multiple times during the business hours listed online, yet no one is there working/takingorders. . I just sat and waited in line at the drive thru at about 6:35am (they open at 6:30am). No one said anything oroffered to take my order. I pulled up to the window and saw no one working inside. Then a car pulls up with a couple teenagersin it who appeared to be employees of the store. Whoever owns and is supposed to be managing this store needs to interveneimmediately. We live abroad. So it's been years since I've been to a Wendy's. My memory of Wendy's burgers is that they were the juiciest in... town. Yet these burgers were dry, over-cooked and cold. Fries were equally disappointing. At least the frosty was good. But thenagain, it's pretty hard to ruin a frosty. The franchise should be embarrassed by this particular restaurant. Affordable decent food. Both Taco Salad and Southwest Salads were good. The place was clean amd not many people there for a... Sunday. Think this place is great for inflation conscience people. You get a lot for a low price. Read more

Thursday 07/14/22 @ approximately 3pm. HORRIBLE I ordered food on the Wendy's APP to be picked up at the Wendy's @ 9365 Hepburn... St, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, I ordered on my phone while at the Target store across the street, prepaid for the food. I droveover within 10 minutes, after arriving l looked at the APP, it said to tell them at the drive thru when you arrive, got in line(20 minute's later) got to the speaker told them I ordered and paid already on the app. When I got to the window I told themtheir process was terrible, why even order online if you have to wait forever for food you bought and paid for long before evengoing to the store ( I told the young man it wasn't anything personal to him ) he started getting agitated so I asked to talk tohis manager, he said the other young man at window was his manager, (he wasn't) said well he's my boy?, "(( he said complainingis a good way to get your food spit on ))", slammed the window, he said I refuse to help you, I sat at the window until amanager finally did come to the window she was mildly apologetic assured me my food had not been spit on, said she made itherself, as if that made me feel better, 30 minutes to get 3 cheeseburger deluxe's. I threw in the trash. Please avoid thisWendy's. My experience was far worse than even written. I would have gone in but my back was hurting so bad I couldn't walk in. Read more

I would give 0 star if I can. We were the only car here and still need to wait for a half hour to get our food. When we get... home, guess what?! They messed up our order AGAIN! Last time they didn?t give us nuggets and told us unless we drove back wecan?t get our money back. This time both spicy chicken sandwiches are non spicy, and the regular nuggets we ordered for our3-year-old, we end up got spicy nuggets. The bacon cheeseburger is totally a joke! I don?t expect to get what?s shown on yourcommercial, but you can do better than this! It?s our 5th or 6th time ordering from here, they never made things right once!Shame on us for coming back to this Wendy's again. Read more

Weeks ago I arrived in the drive-thru at 9:20pm. Got to the speaker to order at 9:30 and was told they were closing due to staff... shortage. Tonight, 8/12 at 7:45pm we went to pick up an online order. Lobby is closed. Waited in drive thru lane. Got to windowand they said we don?t have an order for you. I then showed them the order on my phone. It showed we were at the right locationon Hepburn. Then the young lady at the drive thru said ?oh we don?t have half of what you ordered anyway??! I only ordered oneburger, two frosty's and a strawberry lemonade. That?s when an employee named Damien came to the window to assist. He looked atour order and opened a refrigerator behind him and lo' and behold they DID have lemonade which the young lady said they didn?t.We finally said just give us a refund please, and Damien said I don?t know how to do that.
