Went through the drive thru last night, totally ripped off, The double steak cheese burrito was 90% rice, I had ordered 4 Dorito... loco tacos "supreme", no sour cream, no tomatoes and sprinkled with very little cheese, about half the meat as before, alsoordered a cheese Quesada, not much cheese half of both the end pieces had no cheese at all. Don't know if it is new ownership ornew management, but definitely No Bueno! Been going there a while, but not anymore Read more

10/21/2022: A certain employee (potentially manager?), Matthew, always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make every visit I've had the... pleasure of encountering him on nothing short of wonderful. He's extremely kind, caring, positive, genuine, accurate, quick withhis service, and the epitome of a good person! In my opinion, he has truly defied this Taco Bell's 2.6 star average Googlerating (as of 10/21/2022) ever since he's started working here (a few months ago?). I've genuinely never been excited to visitan establishment (especially fast food) because of a certain employee (unless they were a friend or family member), but Matthewhas entirely changed that! Every time I visit this Taco Bell and have the pleasure of being greeted by Matthew in a genuinelykind manner (which has happened for my past 3-4 visits without fail, and without him even knowing that it's me), I know thathe's going to make sure that I have nothing but the best experience. Seriously, I haven't met a person so truly wonderful.Whoever has the absolute treat of encountering Matthew or being involved in his life should consider themselves lucky. I knowthis sounds quite extreme, but I can confidently say that I've never described another person in this manner, simply becauseMatthew is one of a kind! Read more

As someone who has worked many food service jobs (including a taco bell), it is beyond embarrassing and disappointing that the... fresco option has been in the taco bell pos system for many many years, yet nobody that works there ever seems to understandthat it means no dairy products. I cannot eat dairy or else I get extremely sick. My crunchwrap that I ordered tonight had nocheese on it, but was covered in sour cream. It's not rocket science. How hard is it to understand food safety and to protectyour community? It's absolutely embarrassing! This taco bell has a review average of 2.6 and is absolutely not worth anyone'stime or money to choose to eat here. I don't care if it's fast food- health and safety of the community should be a priority.Period. Read more

I?ve never actually eaten here so 1 star probably seems unfair but hear me out: I?ve been by this place a handful of times... during lunch or dinner hours and it is consistently not open. On more than one occasion it appeared closed for no apparentreason. On another occasion there was a barely legible handwritten note on the door that said they were closed because theydidn?t have hot water. More recently (8/17/22), I was getting my car serviced next door so I walked over to get lunch sincethere aren?t many other options in that area. This time drive through was open but not dine-in?no apparent reason ???????. Iunderstand that labor is probably an issue but other fast food places seem to be making it work. A quick glance at otherreviews mirrors my experience. I would never make a trip here on purpose. Maybe call first to see if they?re actually open? Wishthey would close down and something else that actually stays open would move in. Read more

Ridiculous experience. I decided to go inside to order to go rather than hit the drive thru. Get in and opted to order from the... person at the counter vs the touch screen. He asked that I order from the touch screen... I was like "seriously" and he told methat the systems were not working properly. Aren't they all in the same system. So I order from the touch screen and he comesover and asked what I just ordered.... Dude, I was trying to do that in the first place. Then he told me that what I ordered onthe screen wasn't available. Why the heck is it on the menu then? If he would have just taken my order then this wouldn't havehappened. The bean burrito was good though. Terrible experience. Read more

Terrible Taco Bell location. Has been terrible for years now. Went through with my wife and the gentlemen taking our order... didn?t speak English, neither did the young girl at the register. The manager had to take over and correct our order two times.AFTER walking outside to see the new menu advertisement because she had no idea what we were talking about. Terrible locationand terrible management, who even owns this location? Would love to give them a call Read more

Smallest portions I have ever seen at any restaurant. Burritos are the size of tacos. Stale taco shells. We frequent this Taco... Bell quite a bit but this is the 4th time in a row that we have experienced this. Nice staff but the food quality is a problem. Read more

The worst taco bell in the country. No chicken in my chicken quesadilla, no ice in my drink. It must have been meant for someone... an hour ago cause the ice was melted, and they served stale tortillas. The two kids working the window were incredibly rude. Tomanagement, this happened at 9:00PM Sunday June 13th, 2021. Who ever was working that shift is why people won't visit hereanymore. . Read more
