I will never be going back to this subway. I ordered my sandwich online, and the sandwich wasn't even started on until the time... that it said it would be ready. On top of that the girl who assembled my sandwich had a head of hair down with no hairnet orponytail. I found 1 long strain of hair in my sandwhich most likely due to no effort in trying to contain her hair. It blew mymind a store would serve food like that, im scared to think of what happens when we aren't there. I threw away my sandwich. Read more

1st time back since covid. The girls were nice and accommodating in my request of a lightly baked bread. Good sandwich. Seems... like the older lady and crew were stocking and cleaning after lunch. I don't know how long they have been here, but in Hope's, that the restaurant will get a good cleaning from top to bottom. They seemed hard working. I would recommend betterhandwashing, BEFORE putting on gloves. Read more
Sarah and Carol were the only employees there during lunch rush. These ladies killed it!! Twice there was a line to the door and... they jammed these people in and out in no time. Online it says open at 8am Monday-Friday. The sign at the front door says open at 8am Monday-Friday. Apparently the employees... don?t follow that. My wife and I decided to come here for breakfast to find a locked door with the lights off and nobody inside.As we returned to the car, someone in a subway uniform got out of her car and walked to another car to make small talk as wewaited. She walked past us without a word and unlocked the door. We walked towards the entrance and asked if we can come in butshe said she?s not ready yet and walked in without another word. We had to go somewhere else to avoid being late and goingthrough the day without having eaten anything. Either this Subway has dropped the standards a lot or it has gone uncheckedbecause I did not expect this from Subway at all. It is one of our favorite places to eat and this one is so close to us but nowwe?re considering going to another Subway nearby or finding a replacement. Disappointed Read more
