Loved this location but recently I've seen a significant drop in customer service. This last experience was my final straw. Went... through the drive thru and got to the order menu. No one greeted us through the menu. I tried several times to get attentionthrough the drive thru ordering menu but no one responded. At the bottom of the screen, it says "pull forward if you needassistance ordering." So I figured the machine wasn't working. Waited about 15 min to get to the window and explained that noone took our order at the ordering menu. She threw her hands up and said she couldn't help us. She told us to go back throughthe drive thru, which the line looked to be about another 20 minutes. We declined and went to a different coffee shop. Simplypoor customer service. Read more
This used to be the best Starbucks around. I don?t know what?s happened over the last few months but I?ve had countless issues... with drinks being made correctly and with overall quality. Definitely would recommend going to a different one until they sortout their issues. Read more
Worst experience I have had. Only one in shop and they took over 20 min to take care of me, all while Mobile orders and drive... thru flew out the door. Then the poor attitude and non communication from staff, especially the long haired guy with the pinkshirt, was truly disappointing. Read more
Too much busy and confused place to pick up to go or our own order as they will just place all the orders too much clumpsy...and... couple of times my order was took by multiple people and there was one instance my order was drank by other people and keptthere as well...luckily I saw that and requested for change...if you didn't saw that and happened to you? Probably my favorite SBUX in HR. Employees are so friendly, always clean and nice spot to work from. Ample, comfortable seating.... Nice layout. Quick drive thru. Watch the precise speed limit in parking lot ;-) Read more
