Very rude barista who was taking orders. I Ordered a frappucino and then she complained to the other barista working, right in... front of me, about how customers shouldn't order frappucinos if they want the line to move and the other barista whole heartedlyagreed. Will not be coming back to this location as apparently complaining about getting business, in front of customers, isacceptable here. Read more

I arrived at 1:30pm, its now 1:45 and my drink order still has not been placed. Very friendly, professional staff, and they know their drinks. Neighborhood coffee shop feel, nicer than the sometimes corporate... feeling you get at the large Starbucks company stores. If you're a regular, they get to know you. Nice! Read more
Went to this Starbucks today in my break of classes. There was no line and even that l spent 10 min waiting for my drink because... the attendants were too busy talking to each other. After a while after l paid my drink and waiting, l asked for my drink andshe forgot about it because her conversation with her friend. After the "ohhh l forgot" she gave me a wrong drink. I was alreadylate for classes at this point. So she threw that drink away and used the same cup to make me another drink. Ridiculous!! Read more
I rarely go to SB as i am not a huge fan of the coffee in general, much less the pomposity of the ordering lingo for the laymen....
