Meet up with family for a long awaited reunion. We had a good time in the staff was very helpful and even took a photo of us.... There's a good sized indoor section as well as a good sized outdoor patio section. There's a good size parking lot too.Restrooms are available inside. Thanks Starbucks! Read more
Every Starbucks is similar but each one seems to be its own. Could be the layout or the staff, maybe it?s just the location.... This Starbucks doesn?t disappoint, the staff here has always been friendly. The store is clean and service is quick. There isoutside seating with Mountain Views. It can be busy, but never takes long to receive an order. Read more
The staff here is friendly and runs the drive through well. The inside is clean and water is provided for pets outside. The wife... and I frequent this location regularly and have never had a bad experience. The food is always hot and the drinks are preparedperfectly. Read more
I went inside to order to avoid the drive through line. They completely missed my food order, I had to wait in line to ask them... if it was coming up and they said no. Reordered and they made me the wrong thing. I feel bad because they?re clearlyunderstaffed but they could save themselves a lot of pain by making orders in the order people place them and doing it right thefirst time. I also overheard them say that they consistently have the slowest drive thru time in the area so keep that in mind. Read more
5 stars for the drinks and for the lady working the drive thru window at 10:50am on Sunday, 11/7. The car in front of us paid... for half our order so we paid for the order of the person behind us in line to keep it going. We over heard the tall gentlemanworker helping out the drive thru window say, ?I hate when people pay it forward. They should be giving us that money as a tip.?Maybe that?s true, but you shouldn?t have customers overhearing stuff like that, and you definitely shouldn?t shame others forperforming an act of kindness. I have never felt more disrespected by a Barista before. I came into the store for just a drink and sandwich. Richard not only... made my drink incorrectly and forgot about my sandwich but when I tried to remind him about it and get my drink fixed (I neededsugar free) I was only met with disrespect and no care for me as a customer. I have never in my life had such a horribleexperience at Starbucks.. Do not get Richard as a barista, he will give you a horrible experience. Read more
Placed a mobile order for pick up on 11/24/22 at 4:01pm, according to the app the store was supposed to be open until 7pm. We... arrived at 4pm only to be ignored when I tried to open their locked doors. I then went thru the drive thru to pick up my mobileorder. They finally opened the window just to be told they were closed and couldn't serve us nor could they give us a refund.Absolutely ridiculous that they cannot issue a refund for over $20 worth of drinks and now I have to call a customer serviceline to get a refund because they didn't set their closing time appropriately on mobile order.
