We ordered a 3 piece and a Caniac combo?. Both boxes only had TWO tiny pieces of chicken (see images)?. And the Caniac combo was... kissing coleslaw too. Today I ordered the Box combo and didn?t receive the box combo. I was given a different order. I told the girl in the window she... gave me the wrong order. Showed my receipt. And she says ?but I charged you for the box combo.? I said ?yes and this isn?t thebox combo.? She looks at the receipt and finally gave me the correct order. I asked for her to throw the wrong order away sinceI?m not going to eat it. And she told me she couldn?t take it back. This isn?t the first time my order has been messed up. Thisis the 3rd time. I haven?t made complaints until now. It?s not bad. The chicken is good, but they only offer their ?secret sauce? which tastes like a mix of catchup and mayonnaise... with a little spice thrown in. Placed a pickup order for 11:00ish on the app but apparently the restaurant is closed at 10. Not midnight like the app and... website says. Would love to get my money back and the app time changed. I usually never have a problem at this location. But, Today I ordered 3 extra toast and 2 extra coleslaw, my order was missing... all of these. Ordered 2 unsweetened teas and a sweet tea, got 2 sweet teas instead. Even the lady at the window said none of theorders, were in order. Everyone inside was dancing and messing around. Don't like paying for something I'm not going to receive.Every other time I've been here it's been fast service and I've gotten everything I ordered. Read more

I love Canes and eat it every week, but this was my first time at the Highlands Ranch location, and it was an awful experience.... The food is always fresh and hot, but here, the chicken tasted like it was cooked 45 minutes earlier. And to top it all off, oneof the four chicken strips was literally a small piece of crust. The crispy chicken was pretty tasty. Enjoyed the Texas toast as well. I wasn't a huge fan of the coleslaw, it tasted good, just... too much dressing for me, personally. The Cane sauce is amazing. Overall, very good and will return. Read more
