Went here today. I?ve been going to this store since 2016. Worst off it has ever been. Half of the rice, beans and protein were... not ready or available, no fajita veggies available. When the server asked the kitchen for more ingredients they ended upyelling at each other about who?s fault it was. Just go to Chipotle down the road by King Soopers until this store can figureout their staffing issues and have all the ingredients ready. Read more

Undercooked beans, the entire batch was still hard. Unacceptable on a $10 burrito. If beans aren?t even cooked, it makes it... difficult to trust the safety of the chicken or shrimp. I ordered Qdoba from this location for a pretty big meeting for my boss through DoorDash- who dropped off only half my order. I... called the store, and even though it was Door Dash?s mistake the manager delivered the rest of the food to me personally within15 minutes. He was super calm, friendly and helpful. I came in to order to-go this evening, July 14th 2022 at roughly 6:30 and all 3 of the young men behind the counter were... exceptionally courteous, provided great customer service, and were incredibly kind. I like eating here and my wife had her birthday catered by this Qdoba. It turned out great and they give you incentives to... return the catering racks and sterno, but offering free entree for the return. Read more
