Over 10 minutes late, people who placed their order after me got theirs first and no one in the kitchen is wearing gloves.
Food was good, but the trash was overflowing, tables were a mess. They seem understaffed.
Friendly staff and also pretty quick to get a bite! Hours are better now than last year.
More intense management on site, new trainees going through 'boot camp', which could be a positive mentorship/growth opportunity... for the young staff if they hang in there and want to grow. Definite different vibe from other locations (i.e., the louder,more modern music) if you appreciate that aspect. I could see this location appealing to a more younger crowd. Be prepared towait longer than normal for your food until the line runs smoother. Read more
I have mixed feelings about this place. I always order the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, before the pandemic it was always beyond... delicious, it has unfortunately changed. Moderate prices, but some really good potstickers. Love the soda fountains. Read more
It is SO easy to make SO many of your customers happy- if they pay $1 for extra sauce? give them a container full of that dang... sauce! ???? It?s the smallest thing to do right but it never happens so we almost never order in from here and regret it when wedo. Read more
Sorry I could not rate it lower. All the tables are filthy. The soup is warm and the pot stickers are cold. Nobody in the store... but us and the teens working, standing around. Read more
They put chicken on my food & charged me for it after I asked for no meat as I am pescitarian. Had to have them remake my order... & was given attitude after asking for a refund on the chicken. Read more
