Jimmy John?s is a shining example of customer service - and this location absolutely stays true to that. I ordered on the app... and I?m pretty sure my sandwich was delivered to my front door less than 20 minutes from when I placed the order?that?s freakyfast. This will be my go to location for awhile. Perfect place to eat; 5 stars 03/28/2021 6:50pm-8:00pm but go in early is my advice: I ordered a Sandwich without lettuce... because I have an allergy to it and I got a sandwich with extra lettuce. They did give me a free sandwich coupon because of thetime it took them to get it to me which is why I can?t really complain.... but I can?t eat the sandwich sadly and it wasexpensive ... I still will continue to come to location but waiting a while to get a sandwich I can?t eat is very verydepressing.... maybe the owner would consider rectifying the situation? I've always enjoyed the sandwiches I ordered from here. Be realistic in your expectations though. Don't think you're going to... get an authentic Philly sub or something like that. This is a chain restaurant, and I think they are better than rest such asFirehouse, Whichwich, etc. My issues are with the online ordering system and how it is communicated to the employees to processthese orders. Today I placed an order in advance because I had A LOT going on at work and I needed to be in and out. I had towait in a large line to receive my order (which had been sitting there since the moment I arrived). What is the point ofordering in advance if we have to wait in line anyway? Fast service and friendly people as expected from Jimmy Johns! Food was prepared as expected. Love the greeting by the staff... when coming in the door. Parking right out front is good. I'd suggest coming in on the Ace hardware side from the West and KingSoopers from the East. Read more
