UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! This is a drastically different review than what I would have left a few months ago. A few months ago you... were lucky to get what you ordered, even if you watched them make it. A few months ago it would take an hour for them to deliveryour sub a mile away. A few months ago there was virtually zero customer service. THAT. HAS. CHANGED. We ordered a platter ofsubs for our daughter?s birthday. We knew the risks based on our history with this JJ?s but it was the most convenient. I wentin to pick the platter up and knew something was different right away, I was GREETED by someone with a SMILE. Kind of threw meoff, not gonna lie. Come to find out we had mistakenly ordered the platter for the next day but was told they could knock it outand have it ready in 5-10 minutes. I was happy to wait. During my wait I was hardly on my phone because I was watching this TEAMwork together, greet other customers, knock out orders and operate like a well oiled machine. It was such a drastic differencefrom what I became accustomed to with this JJ?s location. Freaky slow delivery! Consistently an hour or more for food to arrive. Called the restaurant to cancel my order and no one... answered. My husband went to the store and my order was just sitting there, almost an hour and a half after being ordered.Interesting that after he picked it up and I got a notification that my order was out for delivery?!?! The delivery fee wasrefunded but he had to go back in and ask for the tip to be refunded and he was yelled at stating that was their tip and thedelivery driver piped in about how everyone wants to be first! Very disappointing. First off the employees were not happy to be there. They all seemed very upset and entitled, without any... reason. They told me that they don't have ANY of the additional toppings that I normally get at every other jimmy John's. Thesandwich that I got had no mayonnaise on it or oil, it was totally dry, even after I had made sure that it came with mayonnaiseand oil. I've had several poor experiences at this location. I would say don't expect the normally Jimmy John's experiencewhen coming to this location. Expect entilted teenagers that don't have any motivation for what they do. Order arrived in a box with the fountain drinks on top of the sandwiches, fallen over. Everything was soaked with coke, to... include the sandwiches. Called to see what could be done and was told to call back the next day. I'll be calling tomorrow fora full refund or I'll be disputing the charge and they can eat the fee. This location has sucked for the last two years, thisis the last time I order from them. Read more
The lady who takes your order, doesn?t even let you finish before she is trying to help the customer behind you. They place the... delivery orders on top of the trash bin. I have also seen one of the sandwich makers take an order, with cash, then go startmaking a sandwich without washing their hands. I love Jimmy John?s, but this location is awful! Read more
I have ordered frequently, the location is close to my home and office. But I'm so frustrated, I will probably quit ordering,... at least from this location. They can't seem to get it together. Today I received the wrong sandwich, AGAIN. Third time in thelast two months. Last week they had to cancel my order because their driver didn't show up... I consistently order extralettuce, because I like it, and it still has hardly any. The last order even included the wrong drink and chips...really?!? Buttoday I received the most awful sandwich, beef with pickles and cucumbers...yuck. My receipt says Lil John #2, extra lettuce,add cheese...not what I got. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to have good management and make sandwiches, apparently,I'm wrong. Read more
Will not be returning to this location ever again! Last month had terrible service with delivery. The delivered the wrong... sandwich (not what I ordered) not once, but twice!!! Was nearly 2 hours later when I finally got my correct order. Thought Iwould give them another try today. Took nearly 45 min for delivery. Sandwich has like half a scoop of tuna, half pieces ofcucumbers, was missing tomatoes and cheese. Such a bummer. I love Jimmy John's but this location sucks. Read more
Edit: a few weeks later we made a delivery order at 5 pm on a Friday and our food arrived in 20 mins. No complaints here! I... ordered at the restaurant and waited for my food shortly after they opened on a Monday. It wasn?t busy at all, the staff wasfriendly, helpful, and quick, and our food tasted just like any other Jimmy John?s. I wouldn?t hesitate to come back to thislocation for a tasty sandwich! Read more
