Completely unprofessional staff. They were more concerned about huddling up to prove a customer wrong on his catering order as... opposed to just helping/greeting the other 8 customers that were waiting in line. The girl at the counter literally told me thattips don?t matter to her when I told her that her attitude wasn?t doing her any favors. Probably explains your recent reviewsand the fact that the tip jar was completely empty. I?d literally rather make a sandwich at home with somewhat expiredingredients then have to experience what I just did and then I had to pay $20 for two very small sandwiches on top of it. I love Jersey Mike?s and am a loyal customer, however I am very disappointed in this location. Every time I visit, there is... something wrong with my order. I ask for a certain kind of bread and get the wrong kind, or they add ingredients to my sandwichthat are not listed on the menu. Today, I asked for the oregano bread and instead got rock hard old plain bread that hurt tobite into. I ended up having to take all the bread off and eat the meat and veggies plain. Very disappointing. The staff howeveris very friendly and that is appreciated. I hope to see improvement in the near future with better attention to the customersneeds. Great experience at Jersey Mike's today. The product is always consistent and I go here atleast once a month. Sign up for the... rewards program and earn free subs! Parking in the shopping center around lunch can be a challenge, but I've never had to leave.Location is always clean, staff friendly, and the service has been consistently fast. Read more
