Food was delicious! I got the Napa Valley burger and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. I will admit that if you go here... you should expect a more classic dining experience as they clearly make everything fresh and you will need to wait a littlelonger for it. That being said, our waitress was wonderful! You could tell it was a busy Friday night but she was attentive andreally helped with our toddler by getting his food promptly and even offered some extra toys for him to play with while wewaited for our food. 10/10 for sure! I have been to this restaurant three times now and love their food and service. I actually loved it so much I decided to host my... daughter's bridal shower there. Jeremy and Rebecca, the managers, helped me plan the menu and customize it to our needs.Everything was excellent; the food was delicious and the service was great. Indulge hosted my bridal shower with about 40 people and it was absolutely phenomenal. Our servers were stellar, constantly... hustling to get us what we needed. We were able to use the patio and some of the indoor space. Management was extremelyaccommodating with our requests and decorations. The food was absolutely killer with the tuna poke appetizer and filet being thehighlights. Everyone in our party was thrilled and we were receiving complements for weeks. I just moved to Highlands Ranch from Colorado Springs, and I find myself missing my favorite wine bar there (uva off... Interquest), so I thought I'd give this place a try after work. I enjoyed quite positive first impressions while walking in,and exchanged pleasantries with another couple who were entering the bistro at the same time. I didn't make reservations tonightand there was plenty of room at the bar, so I took a seat, as one does. There was a very young blonde girl standing on theother side of the bar from me, just two feet away. She seemed preoccupied or something, so after a few minutes feeling awkward,it took extra prodding from Jeremy, the awesome guy who became my server, in order to get menus for us new arrivals. Oddlythough, she gave menus to the nice couple to my left... but not me. Jeremy noticed this almost immediately though, and broughtme a menu. I ordered a fantastic Mia Sparkling Moscato by Freixenet, and the mussels, which came with french fries. The musselswere delicious, as was the broth they were in. My only disappointment here was the fact the fries get soggy way too quicklybeing served in the broth bowl with the mussels. The fries themselves are exactly how I like them -- thin and crispy. There werealso about 6-7 mussels that hadn't opened, so naturally, I had to let them go. Sadness! I was still hungry, so I orderedanother Mia, and a to-go order of the Poke Ahi Tuna Nachos that my friendly bar neighbors had recently devoured. I took themhome, and can confirm that they are my new favorite food thing from Indulge. The nachos are fresh and flavorful, and have areally good kick to it, with the jalapenos. All this to say, I believe I've found my new neighborhood wine bar, and I feel verygrateful that Jeremy was there tonight. I plan on returning this upcoming weekend, with my boyfriend who is visiting fromColorado Springs, and I'll certainly recommend Indulge to my new coworkers, because in my opinion, the wine menu and food Read more
