So I come to this one a lot because it's hot to be the cleanest ihop I've ever been in, the food was spot on and I've never... seen a more perfect over easy egg!!! Very nice staff and literally such a present experience that you want to go leave areview! This was supposed to be a curbside pickup. I used to the app and waited about 10 minutes doing what it said nobody came. I gave... them a call and told them I was there and he hung up on me and no one called me back. I finally went inside which was kind ofthe whole point for me not to since I have an ankle injury. Told them I was there for a curbside pickup. He went over into thecorner and grabbed it it was just sitting there getting cold. Handed it to me without saying a word. Our server was decent, most of the food was fresh or corrected after we made mention and the place was pretty clean. It took a... long while to get service even though they weren?t busy. We were still very understanding and tipped well I like that thislocation has a coffee bar. Read more
It was not a good experience. I get it that everyone is short staffed but come on! I find it disgusting that IHOP is using... little plastic containers to give syrup! So much waste! Also can I have a plate big enough for my pancake so that the syrupdoesn?t go all over the table. I will not ever go back. Stop the waste! Read more
I can't speak to the quality of the food, I guess it looked okay. I saw two tables who were seated after I began waiting for my... customer's order received their food. The picture below represents an example of the quality and care that IHOP puts intopackaging orders for delivery. They deprioritize online web pickup and delivery orders. If you want to drag your family intothat building and eat I don't have an opinion about that but if you're trying to have some food delivered and you're interestedin breakfast I would suggest snooze a.m. eatery, first watch, or even village inn before I would recommend anybody order onlinefrom this business who demonstrates they really don't care about your online delivery orders. Worst meal and service in years. My son ordered a bbq burger and there was barely a smear of sauce and it was cold. I ordered... the double BLT and the bread was hard as a rock and the tomatoes were frozen and still had the hard green part that is supposedto be removed... took 40 min to get our food as well. I dont mind waiting for a decent meal, but this was appalling. We wont beback to this location. Read more
IHOP is always a good spot for a quick breakfast. Sometimes this location gets pretty packed but they do a good job of turning... tables. If you like your sides crispy like bacon or hashbrowns make sure to ask. I've been a fan of their internationalpancakes. Service can be a little off sometimes. Read more
Shockingly miserable treatment by employees. Had an order to pick up, got there with the order on my phone, and they tell me... someone took it and so I said we'll here it is on my phone, it's my order, no one else's so can you remake it for me, and theytell me no! So they let someone else steal my order then tell me to leave with no order. They said contact online support, theywon't deal with it. There was not one customer in here. Note the pictures of a 100% empty place! No one here and they won't giveme my order. Just honestly disgusted with them!!! Read more
