We had great experience dining here. The owner and all staff were very warm welcoming and helpful. We have special vegetarian... dietary requirements and the team prepared super delicious fresh curries and very short notice. We loved it so much that weordered extra to take away. Visiting here now on every trip to Denver. Read more

The best Indian food I have ever had. One can tell the dishes are prepared with love. It has a "home made" taste, unlike other... restaurants. I had the Vegetable Dhaniya for lunch. The naan was freshly made to order and it made a big difference. Theirdinner prises might be a little higher than other places', but their food is extraordinary, authentic and worth it! Even theMasala Chai tea tasted better. I am glad we have an truly authentic Indian Restaurant in Highlands Ranch. Read more

A Highlands Ranch gem! For food, my friend and I ordered the kabob sampler, a biriyani combo that includes the following protein... (veggies, mutter, chicken and shrimp), garlic naan, chai and paneer korma. The paneer korma was very creamy and the cheese wasvery flavorful. The biriyani was equally full of generous spices and various protein. However I recommend getting one with justone protein because we only saw about 2 shrimps and a few pieces of chicken and mutter in ours but if we got a chicken biriyani, there would have been more. My favorite was the kabob sampler because it came with a nice tangy creamy sauce and the sampler wascharred nicely. The shrimp was charred perfectly (my favorite) and the chicken was super juicy and marinated very well that itfell apart (also my favorite). I'm not a red meat fan but my friend also loved the mutter. It was his first time and he did notexpect it to be so juicy and chewy. The garlic naan was quite typical from other places I have eat outside of CO. The chai wasnot overwhelming with spices and very mild. I would like to come back and overall had a very pleasant and friendly experiencehere. Lunch and Dinner items are different and vary so selections are not limited. Read more

This restaurant?s food is delicious. My family ordered the vegetable samosas, garlic naan, chicken biryani, Amritsari Lamb... Dhaniya which is delicious lamb marinated in tiki masala with cilantro sauce, and Yellow Tadka Dal which is savory lentil curry. All the dishes were super flavorful and tasted fresh. I?ve been a few places where the vegetable samosas tasted like they werefrozen, but Highlands Indian Cuisine?s samosas were flaky and savory. Fortunately, we had leftovers to take home, and the nextday my wife and I were excited to eat the leftovers. My family and I will definitely look forward to eating here again. Read more

This place is relatively new, so my wife and I figured we try it out since little India is a trek for us. I?m so glad we did. ... Everything we ordered for take out was delicious and really well seasoned. Saag paneer, paneer masala, garlic naan, samosas?.All delicious! Very excited that our food options are expanding in SW metro area. You gotta try this place if you like Indianfood. Also, even though we got take out, inside of restaurant looked really nice and clean. Definitely will eat here again. Read more

Service: Great ?? Food: Great ?? After looking at some of the reviews, I?d like to address a few things: Cost: it?s Indian... food, look at the menu and look at the prices first before you visit. If you find it expensive go to another restaurant thatfits what you are willing to spend. Spice: I love spice so I appreciate their 1-5 scale. That being said, if you don?t handlespice well order a 1 spice level or get something that doesn?t have any spice. The food is fresh and delicious each time wehave come. They have not disappointed.
