Kind of hilarious how bad this place is. Some how chopped iceberg lettuce by itself passes for a salad here and I can’t... understand how they bungled the ginger dressing but there it is. Also the “yum yum” sauce was a complete miss on thestandard as well as the beef focused dipping sauce. No reason to try reinventing the classics. Also the veggies were zucchiniheavy which, let’s be honest, zucchini is a flavorless and cheap way to put something on the plate. Shrimp and steak werecooked properly. Read more
We go here all the time and they never disappoint. Their food is amazing and the staff are so nice, they put so much hard work... into the food and it shows. Plus they put on a show for the hibachi and it is just very enjoyable. Read more
I've never been so rushed at a restaurant. My husband and I love hibachi, and also are originally from New York - so we know... fast paced. We specifically go to hibachi to enjoy a slow paced meal with some light entertainment, and lots of appetizers anddrinks. Typically hibachi is an hour plus, considering appetizers, the entertainment from the chef and then enjoying the actualmeal. We usually wrack up quite a bar tab. New to the area, we tried Fujiyama. Not only was it so fast paced that our vegetableswere raw, but we were served, the chef cleaned up and we paid for our meal all within under 45 minutes! That is highly unusualfor hibachi. We had acid reflux from how fast we were served - and there was little entertainment by the chef. This was on aThursday night at 5pm, the whole restaurant was dead. There was no reason to "turn and burn" as our waiter said is normal forthis place. We had time for 1 drink, and again, left uncomfortable with how fast we had eaten. We sat there eating, staring atan empty chef's spot. It was so underwhelming. The sushi was good - but the protein from the hibachi was minimal. We were servedmostly rice and noodles. Again, we go for the experience. We were greatly unsatisfied and won't be returning. We did express outconcerns to the waiter, who said it is typical for this place to "turn em and burn em." This would make sense if it was a busyFriday or Saturday, but this was not the case. We would not recommend this restaurant for hibachi. Read more

Overall good experience, although it was a little surprising to find out that even if you don't get to sit at the table where... they cook the food in front of you, he paid the same price for the food you eat in the dining section. That would have earnedthem a two or three star rating for me, if it weren't for the fact that we also got a sushi boat for two people and as someonewho loves sushi and has probably been to over 100 various sushi restaurants, I was more than surprised at the quality of sushiserved here. The price wasn't terrible either Read more
