This last weekend was not great with Freddy?s. We love Freddy?s food, but they?ve dropped the ball a couple times now. The first... time, I placed an online order to be delivered. I did this, because I was home alone with 5 children and 1 of them had a 103fever. I didn?t want to leave the house to go get the food, since it is usually a long wait in the drive through. The food wassupposed to be delivered by 6:43. At 6:53 I got a text and received an email that my order was canceled. So unacceptable to dothat to someone. My children were all disappointed and hungry. I told them we could try the next day. This was after cryingfrom the stress of trying to figure out dinner last minute and worried about trying to get a fever under control for my littleone. The next day, I went in person, to make it up to my kiddos. It was an order for 6 people. They missed a french fry and oneof the sundaes. Also, one of the concretes was supposed to be double cookie dough, but instead got double chocolate chips. Notso bad if it wasn?t for someone who doesn?t like chocolate. I suppose if you?re only ordering a very small order you might beokay, but McDonalds and Chick-fil-A are capable of handling larger orders better. I?m highly disappointed and don?t think we?llbe back for awhile. Hopefully in the future they?ll have figured things out better. I definitely DON?T recommend trying to getdelivery from here.
