I'm NEVER going to Shake Shack again hahaha. Five Guys is exponentially better, and definitely worth the higher prices. Portion... sizes are great, burgers patties, toppings, and sauces are wonderful, fries are amazing and seasoned really well, and the staffis really nice. They accidentally got my toppings slightly wrong and I didn't have a care in the world because it was stillsuper delicious (I actually didn't realize until I was halfway through haha). I can't believe it took me over 22 years to havemy first Five Guys burger! I will definitely be coming back. Read more

Used to frequent at this place. But now not the best experience. Very late with service and the fries seems to be way too... expensive. Used to get more than what we want earlier but now for 7.50 for a large fries you get only what little used to bebefore. Inflation? Still 7.50 though for fries??? Better buy from a sit down restaurant which gives fries free with burgers andthe total amount will be the same. Read more

I am very impressed with the manager at this location. I think he said his name was Rudolph (I am so sorry if I heard that... wrong!). I was unhappy due to an issue with our order, and I think the manager handled the situation very well. Moreover, eventhough my order was wrong, this is the first time I've had an issue after many years of coming to this location. That'scertainly more than I can say for other burger joints in the area. The food is great, the staff is always very friendly and theyhave great music playing from the speakers. What's not to love? I will definitely eat here again and I recommend you do thesame! So we had a horrible time getting take out a couple weeks ago. We ordered our food online and my husband left as soon as the... order online was complete. He walked into complete chaos. Now, I understand that places have a bad night here and there but theyliterally never called out takeout orders and my husband was never acknowledged. The manager on. duty was also yelling atcustomers to sit down and wait for their food. Our food ended up sitting for 40 minutes and was basically inedible. We wereoffered a refund later in the week or they said we can just remake our order. Since this is our go to place we decided to letthem remake it, which was a huge mistake. Our order was completely wrong and we didn?t receive fries and this time they weren'teven busy. I don?t really even want to go back from now on. Plenty of places to get a burger in Highlands Ranch. Very friendly location. I had a lost item and one of the staff members helped me find it and held on to it till I could get... there. The meal experience was exceptional. Everything was cooked perfectly, it really tastes like a real good old-fashionedAmerican hamburger. Just seems so hard to find that these days. Read more

Generally a big five guys fan, but this location in particular is consistently slow. Part of my last order wasn?t correct, no... bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Not a big deal just irks me that I paid extra for that? I don?t know if this is necessarily thislocation?s fault, but the online ordering really needs to reflect actual wait time. The app indicated my order would be ready in8 minutes. Sent the order, then proceeded to the restaurant immediately (it?s 10 minutes away from my house). Got a text fromthe store when I got close thanking me for checking in and that my food would be ready momentarily. Walked into the store andsaw that they were busy, so I didn?t let an employee know I had arrived since I was just told via text that I was checked in. Waited 20 minutes in the store (standing right next to the counter) still didn?t get my food. Finally asked someone, and then myfood appeared after another 5 minutes. I understand that if it?s busy, food will take longer to come out, just wish they wouldbe more transparent about it. Wouldn?t have come to the store immediately if I knew my order was 30+ minutes out. Once Iactually got the food it was fine (aside from the omission of bacon) which is why I still gave 3 stars. Writing this reviewbecause it?s probably the 5th time the experience has been like this specifically at this location. Used to use the app to orderfrom another store in Golden, CO many times and never had this issue there. Have always liked Five Guys, but if this happensagain, I will likely take my business elsewhere. Read more

Went here recently to get a quick bite with the kiddos. Wasn?t very busy. The area was clean. You order at the counter and wait... till they call you to pick your food. Hubby did the double cheese burger. He got to pick his toppings and sauce. Same goes forthe kids burger. Everything is a la carte. So had to order fries separately and decided to order the large to share. Bigmistake!! It was a XXXL!! The four of us couldn?t finish those fries!! They were very generous with the fries lol. But trust methe food tasted good. Way better than In and Out burger!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone Read more

Stopped in on a Sunday evening to do takeout. Not crowded. Staff was very nice. Not really "fast" food, so ask for some peanuts... to snack on while you wait for your order. The prices here are a little higher than other burger chains, but I think the food isbetter quality. Also, one regular size fries is plenty for two people. Read more
