Horrible customer service! Trash overflowing the trash can in the front of the store with trash all over the entry. Our... sandwiches sat on the counter without any notification that they were ready. Staff acted like they were doing ua a favor toprepare the food with a hefty $27 charge for two sandwiches. What a disappointment for a franchise that is trying to make adifference. Honestly starting to think that the night crew just does what they can to limit themselves from making food. I've been there... twice and been denied food twice. Both times were at least an hour away from closing time. First time, they said they couldn'ttoast any subs because they were cleaning the oven. Second time, they said the credit card machine was down. Both these thingslimit the amount of orders that they'll get. Both times the open sign was not illuminated. I've been visiting this location several times a week for about a month now. I find the staff to be friendly and personable. ... The prices are higher, but I don't mind paying for higher quality. By far the worst service and sub I?ve ever tasted. Walking in to fire house, there was a very cold and uninviting ? welcome to... fire house subs.? Then when I ordered, the teenagers were looking at me blank-faced like they didn?t know what they were doing.The cashier made me repeat several things and I asked for double steak too. Well this is what I got *please see pictures*.Additionally, there was no pickle or napkins or anything in the bag. No mushrooms and no cheese, no mayo just very overcooked,dry steak and way too much.
