Great place to stop for food if you want it quickly. Food was tasty but not any thing really special! Service was decent but... pretty quick! Read more

You know, I feel bad for people who work in fast food that perform their work diligently and work hard to provide great service... but often don?t get the respect they should. You don?t get that here. In fact, when you get here is a bad example of customerservice from the top down. I placed an order for 3 bagels double toasted and very specifically asked that they be doubletoasted in the turbo chef toaster oven instead of the regular bagel toaster. I ask for my bagels this way because the turbochef doesn?t burn them. As I sit in the drive-through watching an employee place my bagels in the normal bagel toaster, Ipointed the issue out to the young woman working the drive-through who turned around and made mention of the issue to what Iassume is the manager? the guy who is still wearing the black neck gator for what I would guess are Covid preventionpurposes. What is his solution? He grabs a new bagel and places it on the tray that goes into the turbo chef toaster oven andinserts the tray. After a few seconds he pulls the tray with bagel out and quickly slides it UNDER the toaster with the bagelstill on the tray. He turns around to the bagel prep area, GRABS THE ORIGINAL BURNT BAGELS AND PUTS THEM IN MY BAG. So it?snot just the fact that they weren?t interested in preparing my order the way I requested it, it?s the INTENTIONAL DISHONESTY ANDLAZINESS that the manager not only demonstrated personally BUT set as an example for his team. Unfortunately this is the ruleat this location rather than the exception. As my little girls said when I brought the bagels home, ?They always dothis.? It?s the tolerance for this kind of behavior on behalf of the ?upper management? and ultimately the franchise owner thatvery likely results in the consistent poor reviews this restaurant receives. Needless to say, this will be my last visit tothis restaurant. Good work Einstein?s manager?.good work!!! Read more

Two separate experiences, to give them credit and verify this was not a one-time occurrence. I waited almost 18 minutes, at the... drive-through window, for one sandwich that was not customized. I could see the employees inside were frequently checking theirphones, not presenting productive, and standing around talking to one another. This company's standard practice was verified asecond and separate time two weeks later. The food tasted OK. I just wouldn't expect any care into your food or your time fromthis business. Read more

Poor experience. Ordered a wheat bagel with a garden veggie schmear and received an ancient grain bagel (I like this kind... also). I realized I had an email with a code for 2 free bagels. Showed to the girl at the window, she put code into register.Said thank you and that was it. Never asked what kind of bagel for the 2nd free one. I asked about it & she said I only ordered1. I thought she should of asked what other bagel i wanted. The schmear was pretty thin. I paid $1.77 & used a 2 free bagelscode for 1 bagel with thin schmear. Not very happy and probably won't go here very often. Read more
