The last two times I've ordered from this place has been horrible. I'm never ordering from an Einstein again. I normally get a... nova lux but the bagel had only 5 caper pieces across two sides and the salmon on top doesn't even cover one half a bagel letalone two. Read more

They've taken out the indoor dining tables so you can't sit inside to eat unless you want to eat off your lap. Come on, the... pandemic is over! Einsteins is owned by Caribou Coffee whose shops have done the same. And yet the coffee here ishorrible-tastes burnt. Read more

This is a great place for breakfast. We had the Santa Fe egg white sandwich and the Texas Brisket egg sandwich and they were... both were amazing. Their bagels and spreads have always been one of my favorites with tea or coffee. The sandwiches are evenbetter. The turkey sausage and brisket our sandwiches were cooked perfectly. The breakfast blend coffee was delicious. Therestaurant has plenty of seating indoors and even more natural light. There?s also covered seating outside with shade fromtrees. Great customer service as one would expect at a Einstein Bros. The bakery section has a variety of bagels and pastries.Will be back for more breakfast dates with friends and family. Read more

Not only did they not give me enough cream cheese to actually moisten the bagel, but my toasted bagel was barely even warmed.... And it actually tastes like it was warmed in a microwave halfway. chewy and not in a good way at all. I was the only person inthe restaurant, and now I can see why. Read more

I don?t even know who?s fault it is at this point? Clearly they are understaffed and need more help but also it just looks like... organized chaos while they try and make orders. We?ve been waiting for about 10 minutes now and watched people who ordered aftertake theirs. And the icing on the cake is the avocado on my bacon cheddar sandwich that doesn?t have avocado? Customer service really kills the rating of this place. You are rarely greeted, acknowledged when walking into the store. Last... time I decided to time it, I was ignored for 7 minutes and 32 seconds. Second away from losing my business. They are neverfriendly or professional. Tried to avoid this unfriendly atmosphere by ordering online. All 3 times my order was very wrong! Howhard is it to toast a plain bagley and put plain cream cheese on it???? Order made completely wrong. HAVE SOME STANDARDS 2 other customers had an issue WHILE my wife was there. Garlic doesn't... belong on a apple cinnamon bagel with strawberry schmear... They switched our bagels in prep and added my garlic to her bagel,and cut them opposite of order. Also I get this all the time, and the Avocado/egg is why I spend so much on a dam bagel. Sospreading a bit of avocado (compared to pics and previous orders) is insufficient for price. So my pregnant wife went to getour normal order because she was having a bad day and we love the bagels. Finest bagels and spreads is all I can say. As one enters the restaurant, all one can see is an array of fresh bagels of as many... kinds as you can think of and the spreads, again of as many kinds as you can think of. Such wide variety of bagels and smears ishard to find. Every bagel is worth having atleast once and once you?ve had them, you?d definitely want to have it more thanonce. A single bagel is big enough to satisfy your appetite and taste buds. The smears that they offer are in great variety andeach flavour is beautifully balanced and is always fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. Packaging is good too for take awayorders. They are trusted for a lot of corporate and social events like breakfasts and brunches. Read more
