We love Einstein Bagel. But this location has poor customer service. We always asked to warm up our bagels but this location... told us that it will cost extra to just warm up the bagels? If it cost an extra fine, charge me but don?t give me an attitude. Iwon?t be back in that location again. The sad part is we live next to this location. Read more

The manager here was very stressed and screaming out orders to the employees. One of the employees was very nice and got me a... water cup for my dogs. It stressed me out to be in there though. It also makes me sad that the employees weren?t properlytrained on how to correctly brew caribou coffee. It was clear that they didn?t make the coffee correctly when they carried it,so it tasted disgusting. Read more

The Santa Fe is where it's at!!! This creation is a bit spicy but will have your taste buds craving more! You can do whole eggs... or egg whites, it'll still be delicious either way. I introduced my wife to this sandwich years ago and she's never gottenanything else. Beyond that, the coffee here is better than Starbucks. That's only a personal preference and if you disagreeyou're obviously wrong/basic. It's ok, we've all been there. Einsteins is great. Anybody who has had it knows this. Until corporate corrects the issues I had today with this location, this 1-star is here to stay. Learn how to slice your bagels,... learn how to store them properly, learn how to package them in a non-hazardous manner, and learn why exactly cream cheeseshouldn't be sold in an inflated tub at room temperature. ???? Update* corporate offices resolved this issue for me, andpromptly. Update 2: honestly at this point, it's not even worth giving another shot. Corporate handled a previous issue,relatively swift. Decide why not? Let's give 'em another shot. Worse. Who is working here? Yeah, at this point they should allfind other summer jobs. You people are making food for the public. Food! Have some respect. Literally the epitome of a hole inthe wall food joint. I'd feel genuinely confident I'd receive a more put-together order at any McDonald's, even if the staff wasblind! A genuine slap in the face.
