This place stood out in having charged me the highest price for the smallest amount of ice cream for me and my family that I... have ever paid. I'm ashamed to say I got frustrated at an innocent teenager over the ridiculous serving size, before I caughtmyself and instead got curious, and learned the owner is quite cheap, and strictly enforces the paultry portions. I wentbecause we had a giftcard for 1 ice creammy daughter won. Next time, I'll likely not even go with a gift card. $5.79 beforetax for a truly tiny kids cone? I ordered the Rainbow Sprinkle Road birthday cake for my son's birthday. Although their cakes are costly, I made an exception... for this one because of the cuteness and creativity. FYI, the Mario Kart toy cars aren't included as pictured online. I knockedoff a star for this due to misinformation as well as false advertising. The staff is always friendly. Today the woman who made my ice cream forgot an ingredient to my signature creation but it's not a... big deal. I think the air conditioner was broken and she was working alone so she was probably exhausted. Coldstone isridiculously overpriced but that's not this locations fault. It's the company's fault. Had my order delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash was awesome. The order was all wrong. Called the store about the completely wrong... order and the guy that answered was rude and told me sorry we were busy. Basically not his fault. I ordered 6 toppings andthe picture shows there is absolutely none. We were missing most of the order. So I paid $50 for nothing. This was the thirdtime I've had issues with this store. Love this place! They are always staffed, they always have ingredients, and they are always kind. This is a great place to get... some of the best ice cream around. I have never had any issues when coming here. Even their prices are reasonable. Read more

Ice cream is good, but they got the order wrong from an online pick up the second time in two weeks. I called in and the lady... politely told me I could come and drop off what I had and they could make it again, which is putting the onus on the customer todrive out a second time for a mistake they made. I understand mistakes happen, but - the customer should not be the one who hasto suffer for their mistakes. They could improve the customer service part. Read more

Awesome in everyway! A bit pricy for some ice cream but the over excess is kinda the schtick. This location is great. Clean... and friendly. Easy to get to with great outdoor seating. Plenty of other businesses around makes it an easy stop to combinewith other errands. Read more
