I ordered the Rainbow Sprinkle Road birthday cake for my son's birthday. Although their cakes are costly, I made an exception... for this one because of the cuteness and creativity. FYI, the Mario Kart toy cars aren't included as pictured online. I knockedoff a star for this due to misinformation as well as false advertising. The staff is always friendly. Today the woman who made my ice cream forgot an ingredient to my signature creation but it's not a... big deal. I think the air conditioner was broken and she was working alone so she was probably exhausted. Coldstone isridiculously overpriced but that's not this locations fault. It's the company's fault. Had my order delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash was awesome. The order was all wrong. Called the store about the completely wrong... order and the guy that answered was rude and told me sorry we were busy. Basically not his fault. I ordered 6 toppings andthe picture shows there is absolutely none. We were missing most of the order. So I paid $50 for nothing. This was the thirdtime I've had issues with this store. This place stood out in having charged me the highest price for the smallest amount of ice cream for me and my family that I... have ever paid. I'm ashamed to say I got frustrated at an innocent teenager over the ridiculous serving size, before I caughtmyself and instead got curious, and learned the owner is quite cheap, and strictly enforces the paultry portions. I wentbecause we had a giftcard for 1 ice creammy daughter won. Next time, I'll likely not even go with a gift card. $5.79 beforetax for a truly tiny kids cone?
