I would give this Chipotle zero stars if I could. Question: how does one make rice that is both over cooked and undercooked? We... have been to this Chipotle 5-6 times and every time the rice is crunchy.. Waited for a mobile order 45 min past the scheduled pickup. It was during lunch time and I get that it?s busy but the in person... line cleared twice and there was still a huge line of people waiting on mobile orders. You have to pay through the app formobile orders and there?s no way to cancel, otherwise I would?ve simply gone through the line. No apologies or instruction fromstaff, either. Management should have asked the line staff to alternate fulfilling online orders and in person since the peoplewaiting for mobile orders were there much longer than people who walked in. No obvious manager to be seen, but this problemcould have easily been addressed with simple staff instructions if the manager had noticed how many people were standing alongthe wall waiting. If the food wasn?t so good here I?d never go back. I can?t ever order online or through the app and actually get what I order.... If you are ordering more that one item the order down the line get progressively worse. Ordered today my o bowl was perfect butmy 2 kids order was completely neglected. Both were missing drinks and chips and one of the kids orders was missing the chicken.This place needs to get its stuff together. Read more

The staff was friendly and the food tasted great. They were out of the special steak but our order was taken quickly and made... correctly. One of the guys said they were understaffed but they did great. Good place for a quick lunch. Read more

They weren't out of anything, my burrito wasn't tiny, and it was wrapped in a way that it wouldnt immediately fall apart. And... they didn't try to short change me. Best chipotle location I've been to in a year. Its sad that the most basic things aboutmaking a burrito are what earned this store 5 stars from me, but when every other location around is so awful at the basics itreally makes this store shine.
