Update: the Customer Care team reached out to me to see how they could make things right. I really appreciated their follow... through and attempts to retain me as a customer! My experience with this Chick Fil A has unfortunately gone downhill in aconsistent manner. I realize it?s fast food, but multiple times now my order through the app has been incorrect or missingthings. Today their curbside services were completely unavailable and I had to wait 15 mins only to receive an incorrect order. Read more

We ordered 2 milkshakes. They made them, and then put them on a shelf, and didn't touch them until we asked. When we asked, the... employee handed them to us without saying anything; not even 'my pleasure'. Read more

Gosh, it's busy! The food was standard for the chain, but I found the lines to be obscene. It took over twenty minutes to get my... food, a simple grilled nugget meal, and by that point I was positively ravenous. I wouldn't recommend visiting at peak hours.However, I reckon you'd be fine beyond the lunch rush. Read more

Don't recommend ever doing walk-in here for service. Service was terrible. I was told that the walk through would be much... faster than the drive-through. I walked in and ordered a Cobb salad and a 4 count strip meal . It took over 25 minutes to getthis and they still got the order wrong. They didn't get anything right in the entire thing and had to remake it. I even askedto speak to a manager and it took him a while to understand what I was upset about. All they did was just give me a large fryand no real apologies which didn't even feel genuine of the Chickfila culture. I would never recommend anyone go to thisChick-fil-A location especially during rush hour. You're better off sticking to the drive-through at a different location. It'sjust a bunch of kids working here, talking and goofing around, and a manager who lets them run all over him. Completelyincompetent. Read more

Our experience on this visit was very unfortunate. We ordered through the drive thru and waitied over 20 minutes in line as... there was some sort of order fulfillment issue at the pick up window and we were locked in with vehicles in front an behind. Wereceived our order and, upon returning home, we realized we'd been shorted a sandwich. When we called to report this, we wereonly given two options...1 - come back to get your sandwich or 2 - they will mail us a coupon. No option to credit my card forthe sandwich. Is Chick-fil-A that greedy of a company, where they won't just credit my card. Now I have to wait for a mailedcoupon and I have to revisit the store. I don't think so. You can keep the $6. I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more

I've never been to a bad Chick-fil-A. They have all been consistently great. This one was good though they seemed to have lost... our order as people after us were getting their orders. I finally had to go to the counter. Read more

Always good customer service and consistently good food. No one does drive through fast food like this franchise. The employees... are courteous and professional 100% of the time. And no matter how long the line is we always get our food at a reasonable time.Love the strawberry milkshake, chicken tenders and the waffle fries. My favorite for a while now is their grilled chickennuggets - these are juicy, filling and nutritious. Thanks Chick-fil-A ???? Read more
