Gosh, it's busy! The food was standard for the chain, but I found the lines to be obscene. It took over twenty minutes to get my... food, a simple grilled nugget meal, and by that point I was positively ravenous. Don't recommend ever doing walk-in here for service. Service was terrible. I was told that the walk through would be much... faster than the drive-through. I walked in and ordered a Cobb salad and a 4 count strip meal . It took over 25 minutes to getthis and they still got the order wrong. They didn't get anything right in the entire thing and had to remake it. I even askedto speak to a manager and it took him a while to understand what I was upset about. All they did was just give me a large fryand no real apologies which didn't even feel genuine of the Chickfila culture. I would never recommend anyone go to thisChick-fil-A location especially during rush hour. You're better off sticking to the drive-through at a different location. Update: the Customer Care team reached out to me to see how they could make things right. I really appreciated their follow... through and attempts to retain me as a customer! My experience with this Chick Fil A has unfortunately gone downhill in aconsistent manner. I realize it?s fast food, but multiple times now my order through the app has been incorrect or missingthings.
