We have given this location a few tries and been so disappointed. Coming from Vegas, we loved Capriotti?s (they are everywhere... there) and were so excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, my last order where I specified no cheese due to allergies,it was on every sandwich along with excessive bones in the turkey. I?ll excuse one here or there, it happens, but it was BAD.Tonight, we ordered a few sandwiches and I don?t know if they washed the onion in chemicals, or the onions were just bad, butour sandwiches tasted like either soap or chemicals and we pinpointed it to the onions. We are done. You may want to look intothe onion issue form tonight, 10/11/22, maybe the container they were in wasn?t rinsed properly? I don?t know but it has sadlyturned us off to this location for good. Such a shame. Read more

First experience here was just okay. My sandwich was fine but the staff/kids was visibly prioritizing lunch breaks and chatting... over making food. However I'll still give 3 stars because although it took 20 minutes to make 2 cheese steaks, the ingredientsare still fantastic and I ate it all. Used to love, but not so much anymore. We have ordered from this shop many times, but the last 2 orders were very... disappointing. I understand the supply chain issues facing all businesses right now, but make sure your customers know what isand is not available. The last 2 times we ordered from the app (to ensure we got the reward points), and both times when wepicked up the order and took them home, we found no tomatoes on any of the 3 sandwiches. The last time (6/19) I called andasked about this, and they told me that this is posted in the store, but it was not posted in the app or online. I asked tohave the manager contact me the next day, and I never got a call back. Very frustrating to not get what you order (2 times in arow). At least put a message on the bag being picked up so we know before we get home, or find someway to let people knowbefore they order on the app. We have not been back since, and with the lack of concern about the customer experience(management not calling back), it may be quite a while before we go back (even though we normally like the sandwiches very much)-- we just don't want to take a chance of ordering online again and not knowing the order is not right until we get home. Thanks for responding to my review. I'm not interested in following up with you about how to "make it right". I appreciate the... offer, but making it right would mean addressing the ongoing concern about lack of customer service at this peticularestablishment. The food seems to not be an issue but if you look over the last 6 months of reviews a large majority of negativereviews are because of the staff and how they treat customers. I'd say if you want to "make it right" start by addressing thesource of the issue that's been continuously noted by your patrons. I spoke with 3 different employees between calling andpicking up my order. All 3 of them were rude and short with me. Over the phone they were making audible grunts and groans when Iasked simple questions like how much a medium vs a large was... I've never eaten here before and I figured I'd give it a shot.Well after my experience today I won't be returning. Customer service goes a long way and when all of your employees are actinglike they have better things to do than take my money or answer a simple question I'll just go somewhere else. 1 of theemployees I spoke too was supposedly a manager but he couldn't be bothered to do anything other than run the cash register. Thefood also wasn't that good. After looking at the reviews for this place I was excited. After eating my sandwich I was again metwith disappointment. Saw this was a new sandwich Jimmy in town and wanted to give it try. Love the brick, wood and modern lights. Very neat. Ordered... the classic cheese steak in the small size with hot peppers. So delicious and perfect size for a dinner. Will definitely be backagain. Only minor downside was the music was too loud but overall amazing and may become my new favorite place. Delicious sandwiches, clean restaurant and friendly staff. My friends got Philly cheese steaks, one chicken one beef, I got the... wagu slaw be jo, all were delicious but I was expecting a hot sandwich for the wagu and it is a cold sandwich, was reallydelicious but just a heads up! First of all, they have Thanksgiving in a sandwich, this was the very first sandwich I ordered and it was amazing- try it! The... sandwhich in the photo is their homemade shredded turkey sandwhich. I have ordered here several times and everything has beenvery good. Again, I love their Thanksgiving sandwich (I believe it's called The Bobbie). For starters, customer service is phenomenal! I decided go go with the cookie for combo and I?m glad I did. The most softest... cookie I?ve had here in Colorado. I?m always afraid of them being fresh made and being too sweet, not in this case. Baked andmade go perfection! Now let talk about the subs, I ordered Wagyu Cheesesteak with spicy peppers. Heads up, spicy peppers areactually spicy. Lips got a little tingly but my level of spicy is pretty high. So these were delicious on sub. I took a bitefrom my spouse sub, and meats tasted fresh.
