AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We ordered 2 plates of chicken kabob and price Was $13.95 as per the menu. But, during the payment it was... $14.95. So, I told the waiter to fix the price but they didn't bother to correct it. Food is pretty expensive and food does nothave flavor. Service is less than average and it was hard to communicate with waiter. It is my gut feeling that they have openedthe greek and Lebanese restaurant but they don't know how to cook this cuisine. These guys know GYROS! Me and my wife have been here a few times already and the Gyro meat is some of the best I have ever... tasted. I've seen other reviews on here about how great the quality of food is here in comparison to the prices, and I have toagree. The portions are big enough that me and my wife share a Gyro meal every time we go here. I also really enjoy a clean andtidy food establishment and these guys check that box too. My only beef no pun intended, is that there are no places to sit. NowI understand the name has "express" in it, but I feel like these guys could set up a few bistro style tables and chairs to theinside and outside of building and complete the energy this place needs. There aren't a whole lot of places to eat in HighlandsRanch and these guys have a great location, just nowhere to sit and enjoy their delicious food. Generous three star. Could've been a two but the two salads pulled it through. I got the regular gyro with everything on it. All... the tzatziki sauce was on one side; tomatoes and onions were plentiful; meat was average amount and typical flavor (nothingspecial); the pita bread was falling apart halfway through eating it; however, the salad had good flavor and a good amount ofsliced up veggies. I would love to be able to give a review for the food here. However I went in to order a takeout order and waited for eight... minutes without anyone at all coming out to the eating area. There were other patrons and so in that period of time they weren?tbeing helped as well. Lots of people looking at the service door to see if they could get their bill or their meal or theirdrink of water etc. and if they couldn?t even come out to the eating area within the eight minutes I was there how long would ithave been for me to even get served? Gyros plate is so flavorful and the meat is so tender! I had a lamb gyros plate at another nearby Mediterranean place but the... meat was really dry and tough. I?ve also tried the chicken shawarma plate and the chicken is delicious too! So flavorful andtender. The pitas are warm and soft (again, unlike other places where the pita is hard and stale tasting). Food was delicious. The chicken shawarma and gyro sandwiches were very tasty especially with all the different sauces. Got the... Baba ghanouj with pitas on the side and it was very Smokey with a little spicy finish. Everything was great would highlyrecommend to anyone to give it a try. While I was skeptical walking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Everything seemed to have great flavor... and the portions were excellent!
