Usually this place is fine. Today I ordered a double whopper combo and was told it was 17$. Questioned the cashier and she... didn't care. Paid for it and then find out that she ordered me an extra 2 patties on the side as well. That's why it was anextra 5$. Don't care if you are new. Ask for help if you don't understand how to put the correct order into the computer. Andwhen customers question you, try and make sure everything is correct before you demand money. Rude. Read more

Newly renovated, the seating area looks great and the folks there are pretty nice. The drive through is pretty quick and no... messed up orders the last 10 times I've gone there. New update: Make sure you know Spanish. I waited over 10 minutes for myorder because I didn't know my number in Spanish. Read more

Cold food all the time! Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back, but we get a cold chicken fry order and a mediocre... warm burger smothered in so much mustard it was leaking out all over. I expect warm food most the time from fast food places,what I don't expect is super cold food handed to me, especially more then once. Totally unacceptable. What is happening withquality of service these days, such a waste of money. Hoping we walk away from this without getting sick from what we did chokedown. The BK app never works correctly. I was at BK and I couldnt get it to work. Plus the workers don't have a clue about the rewards... nor how to credit them. I've complained about their BK reward app 3 or 4 times. The system has only got worst in my opinion.Some of their "offers" are scams like any size fries with any purchase through the app, but only one offer per visit and theiroffers cannot be used with any other offer. Put in a mobile order. Showed up a half hour later, cashier doesnt mark me as there and tells me to stand aside, have to talk to... someone different 15 minutes after that, another 15 to get my food. I dont llike hating on fast food workers but this locationis incompetent. Read more

Breakfast all day. ???? Drive thru was quick, largely because the sandwich was prepared earlier and kept warm. Food taste is... consistent. I enjoy the ham & cheese croissant. Read more

There are many things went wrong with this experience. The first thing was it took 20 minutes just for them to come out with... the wrong meal since we ordered ahead of time. Then another 5 for them to come over so we could tell them it was wrong. So nowwe have been there for 25 minutes. It took another 15 minutes for them to get the right order. For reference all we ordered wasthree burgers. Oh they also got them wrong.... Read more

I saw it had two and a half Stars so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and sure enough I believe it only deserves one star. I... got two bacon King breakfast sandwiches. I get my food and I drive away, I open it up and it's a sausage patty on a bun that'sit. I went back and told them that it's not a bacon King and they asked "what else goes on it. You just need an egg" and I toldthem I'm not sure what all goes on it but I know at least bacon. So they made me two new ones and I drive away and open one up.They gave me two eggs, two pieces of bacon, no sausage patty and still missing two slices of cheese. After that I wasn't goingto go back and waste my time on them again. Don't waste your time at this Burger King drive an extra 5 minutes to find anotherone. Read more
