I try to see the best in people and their service as a fellow server but Kelsey, I don?t think this is the right field for you.... Rang in food through you twice, missed them both times, meaning they never even came out. 2 hours in we finally get some coldfood they probably had leftover in the back for an hour. Shame she was to busy talking to her coworkers or on her phone torealize. Place wasn?t even busy. Real shame, I don?t recommend this place anymore like I used to. Came in for lunch around 1pm. Place was quiet, but got served immediately. Wings came out quick. Wish I knew how to order... properly--i got the standard which were good. But I did not know you could get them extra crispy or just flats only. Overheardanother customer request them this way. I'll remember for next time though! Poorly run and understaffed relative to other chain restaurants in the area. We went around 5 for dinner and they forgot about... us three times. We sat for about 20 minutes after they sat us before the waiter came out. We got drinks and an appetizer prettyfast then a long time passed. They brought out my husband's order, and even with waiting he finished before we could flag downsomeone to figure out what happened to my order. Aparantly the order was wrong and what was made had no ticket and no onefollowed up. They re-made it and eventually I got it about an hour and a half after arriving. The only water refill I got camefrom walking to the bar and asking (after waiting 5 minutes for the bar tender to come back). Count your wings and ask for extra sauce. Came here more than one occasion. I ordered take out for 20 piece, 10 medium and 10... garlic with a side of fries and an extra box of fries. Issue 1: they were barely covered in sauce. I?ll be aware to ask them formore sauce on the side. Issue 2: they didn?t even give us the amount we ordered. Which is ironic cause you?re paying for thewings and imagine not getting them? Instead of 20 I got 17. By the time I counted them I was already home and over 18 minutesaway. Not worth driving back with current gas prices. I know it?s only 3 but you think you would pay for all 3 pieces. Notsurprised as I have come to this place more than once and have always had trouble getting the amount of wings I ordered. For aplace that will have a deal on the price per wing it?s shocking they won?t even give you the right amount, let alone barely anysauce. They only get 2 stars cause in store employees have always been nice and immediate on service, just wish the food qualityand QUANTITY was also good. I did try contacting their customer service. We went here for Fathers Day and has a terrible experience. First, after we got out our drinks and appetizers it took about 30... minutes for us to flag down our server and order our actual meals. Not to mention having to ask for refills every time shepassed because we didn?t know when she would be back. THEN, everything we ordered came out one by one across the span of aboutan hour and instead of getting 30 wings and large fries (like we ordered) we got 16 wings and regular fries but we?re beingcharged for what we originally ordered. The manager who ?helped? was extremely hostile, didn?t apologize, or offer anycompensation for having to deal with this. From the time we got there to when we finally left took 2 hours, most of that timewas spent waiting. I truly feel bad for the family who we saw sit for an hour sipping on their water and desperately lookingaround for someone to take their order, and hope they were PROPERLY compensated. Read more

Went for a late lunch, the place was pretty dead because of the time. Service was quick and friendly. Probably the fastest my... food has ever come out at a BWW. I ordered an appetizer early on hoping it would come out before my main course but everythingcame out at the same time. Not a huge deal.
