It always takes a long time if you park and order. This time I timed it. 20 minutes after I ordered the screen said someone was... coming out with my order. 5 min later the screen cleared and nothing. Also, we were the only ones. I pressed the red button andtold them I?ve been waiting 25 minutes and the guy said ok it?ll be right out. 5 min later the girl comes out and is apologetic.When I asked who?s fault it is she said not mine and it won?t happen again. I don?t think it was her fault but its pretty bad.So I wouldn?t go unless you have 30 min to wait for fast food the taste like fast food but over priced and not fast at all. Read more

Half the time they won't serve you at the stalls. They only open at 6 AM 2 days out of the week. Can't keep staff and really... need to get their stuff together. Read more

They're getting 5 stars for Leland and Leland only. He is the sweetest guy. So friendly and kind. Last night was the 1st time... we've been to this Sonic and gotten our food promptly and without attitude. He is a joyful soul and the world needs more of him. Read more

Orders were wrong and had missing items in mine and my son's orders. Wasn't busy so I think they could have done their job... right, just think people are too lazy and don't take pride in their jobs anymore. Read more

This has to be the worst Sonic I have ever eaten at.. Never is it consistent the only time there is a consistency is when one of... their employees is working and only when that one employee is working is the food even edible or the drinks even taste remotelyclose to what they're supposed to. I have wasted my money for the last time. Read more

Ok so i went to Sonic in highlands a few minutes ago. I give my order as jumbo popcorn chicken meal large sized with tater tots... and coke zero with cherry. I get to the window to pay and the lady reads my order back to me from my receipt. Jumbo popcornchicken large sized with french fries and coke zero with cherry. I tell her no, i ordered tater tots. She goes to correct it andcomes back to take my payment. A little bit later she comes back and gives me my order and I leave. Being hungry i take a tatertot from the bag and instantly notice it is filled with cooking oil but I decide to just go ahead and go home thinking maybe itwas just that one. Nope. Got home and the oil had soaked though the box that holds the tater tots as well as through the bag. Itis disgusting. These people do not know how to listen to your order and get mad when you correct them. Then that is what youget. I stopped going there about months ago but thought since i was craving it and they are closer to my apartment than theother one i would try it again. Nope, a lesson lived is a lesson learned. Not going back. I will drive the extra distance.Beware people. Read more
