We had an early lunch here on a Weds. It was not crowded and the server talked us through the order process. Very similar to a... Chipotle, but with a wider variety of meats including blackened fish. The decor was very nice with a hiker hangout, outdoorsyfeel. Three different salsas are in bottles on the tables as condiments. Chips are not free but a serving basket isplentiful. We had burritos. The atmosphere was great, festive for the holidays, music was poppin? but not too loud. Shrimp tacos were incredible, queso was... rockin?, and the margaritas were the second best only to margaritas I?ve had in my hometown of Cinci. We were just passing through the town and needed something to eat and we saw the burrito sign. The guacamole here is amazing -... one of the best I?ve had. All of the ingredients are so fresh and high quality. The chicken is perfect, their chips are great, Ican?t say enough about this place. I?m so glad we stumbled upon it. We have eaten here the last two times we visited Highlands. The prices are fair and reasonable for the amount of food you get.... And the food is truly delicious. It is freshly prepared with care and their goal is for you to be happy and have a satisfieddining experience. It was great the first time and even better the next time.
