The food and service is always speedy but I?m always at wataburger at night because I know it to be 24 hours, this store is... closed every other week at around 2am and I?ve stopped going there because more times than not i waste the gas out there to seea closed store. Service is lacking in this location compared to other Whataburger's. The food is not bad but most of the times if I do pick-up,... I am missing ketchup, or my coke has ice when I didn't request ice. There is always something. Read more
Unfortunately, this Whataburger is not up to the standards I've been used to eating at Whatabugers for years. The location is... beginning to look run down and not kept clean. My burger was fine but wife's was luke warm. I will try another location the nexttime. Read more

"Gag me with a salt shaker" Three strikes they are out!!! Having called corporate after 2 extremely SALTY "Breakfast on a Bun... Rancheros" and trying for a third time. STILL SALTY ????????. Great location, great food, and excellent staff! On the morning of Wednesday 8/17, I had breakfast there. A very kind young... lady, who appeared to be the manager, took my order. She was very friendly and did her job well. Later while eating, I observedher being chewed out by a customer outside. She took it like a champ, and came back inside and went right back to work. Found a nozzle piece at the bottom of my cup!! I hadn?t noticed until after drinking my soda and getting toward the bottom that... I felt the straw getting caught on something. I open it and see this huge piece sitting at the bottom. I drove back to thelocation & waited a couple minutes to even be greeted. I asked to speak to a Manager and when she comes over I tell her aboutthe nozzle. She searches for the employee over that station but couldn?t find them! I give the piece back and she tells me if Iwanted a refund I?d have to go through the app since it was a mobile order! She doesn?t try to correct the situation anyfurther. I threw the cup away and left feeling disgusted and nauseous!! The customer service should have been better as this isunacceptable. We will not be returning!! Read more
Very quick and polite service. They had me pay, then pull forward and sit in my truck in front of the store. Kind of dangerous... where they had me wait as it?s a main avenue that?s only wide enough for 2 vehicles to drive. The food was good and hot. I?d goback for sure. Read more
